“I don’t have time to work out.”
And I’m here to prove that wrong. It’s all about taking those small time chunks you DO have and making them worth it. So I’m gonna show you a few exercises that you can do anywhere (I’m doing it right here in my living room), that you can squeeze in at anytime you have it.

All exercises at 15% incline
Lunge 1.5 speed for 1 min
Push “stroller” 2.5-3 speed for 30 seconds
Walk at 3 speed 30 seconds
Walk With A Twist at 2.5-3.5 speed 1 minute
Sprint high knees at 6-8 speed 30 seconds
Repeat 3-4 times (for about 15-20 minutes)
Remember to avoid stretching your hamstrings until you feel your APT has been remedied.
